this game is brutal... you can't even use a melee attack against a creature that isn't standing up tall, so if you have no ammo you're fucked. definitely going to be sold for whatever i can get as soon as i finish it, assuming I even do that. 6.7/10

Great way to kill downed enemies, though it may be prudent to slow them sometimes. I use it pretty often with the ones that don't have any legs, just a tail.

I also used it to maim dead bodies, so those flying things can't make new necros from them.

I only ever ran into those guys like 3, maybe 4 times, not counting that first encounter. Do they appear more often on harder difficulties?

I don't think so. I didn't run into them too many times either, but I did manage to make those encounters a lot easier this way (the battle often being reduced to the thing trying to attack you directly and you stomping them to death after a quick time event).

One thing that really pissed me off is that the dead bodies respawn. Like the lobby to the common area where you hear the lullaby playing. I went in and grabbed every body and flung it into the tramway tracks. Because I knew what was ahead (2nd playthrough) and when i grabbed the first nav disk they were all back there. WTF was up with that? I hope they release some mod tools. that would rock.
