The FAQ says that it's currently PC-exclusive but they may consider other platforms later in development.

Do they mention anywhere doing something to speed up the flow of the game? This kind of seems like it would end up being take a turn, sit and wait 5 minutes while 100 zombies make their turns.

IIRC it's been said that the zombies move simultaneously.
