No, I mean actually two things.
1. The name on the other car's license plate
2. The person who appears after you frob your car to end the mission

i did name is jill b on car and taffer on other car and when you click car be sure to face from where you exited building and you will see garrett run in,i hope that means we get more missions?

No it doesn't mean that. Why would it mean that? It's just a kind of a ha hah moment. As for the other car's name tag, do you get the significance?
