Had some trouble finding that one too... If you enter the mall at the first floor, coming from the round hallway room, walk past the first shop (look out for the nice robots) and go into the hallway on your left. On the far end you'll see a camera. Look around in that area. (Beware, it's big!)

It's near the walkway at the second floor of the mall where a mech spider is patrolling. :)
