That's a hard question, but when you get down to it, I think Boots would kick the crap out of JC in a one-on-one. Sure, JC has some augs, but he's still a regular old person. Anyone who has played to the end of Anachronox can see what sort of wild stuff MysTech can do.
Boots all the way. Besides, you actually get to SEE Boots on a regular basis, and IMO, he's got a better dress code.
