I couldn't find a thread for this, so here's one.
So they hired Peter Dinklage to voice "mission control" character. However his performance is sooo phoned-in that it's hilarious.

Anyway there's no PC SKU at this time because apparently Bungie have their plate full developing four console SKUs, all in-house. It's odd that their publisher Activision wouldn't have at least commissioned a PC SKU from a 3rd party studio? I'm guessing that Bungie probably has control over that sort of thing, assuming that they have a Christopher Nolan/Inception-esque agreement with Activision ("you've demonstrated that you can make a shit load of money in the past, you have virtual carte blanche over your project.").

Borderlands minus the humour plus Halo-esque presentation (art direction, music, etc). It's also advertised as a MMO but isn't one in reality.

Looks a bit more like Brink sans free-running (which feels like an afterthought for that game anyway) at least art-wise. Never found the humor in BLands that great anyway, so even if it turns out a more generic game + a small twist because of it (and it probably will), people will give it a shot and it will have its fans.
Every time team based shooters happen nowadays I can't shake of the feeling that I'd rather just play Blacklight Retribution instead. ...Probably has to do with being a fan of something rather generic but with a small twist to it. Variety is always good though, if it's decent enough.

Haha, only 8 hours ahead (UK)... Well I'll add ya but might be a long shot to get online at the same time.
No-one else got Destiny? I suppose it's not really typical TTLG fare, but it's a solid shooter/MMO-lite.

I've got Destiny, but at the moment I'm playing other things on the PS4, and I wouldn't be able to commit to specific times anyway. I might be up for some impromptu coop at some point, though; my PS handle is thirith_ch.
