What? It wasn't a blockbuster hit that could be a successful franchise to iterate on, so what is the point, even? The original was a thing of craft that will never age, so this is ridiculous. You can't even call it a cash-in.

:( At least the article says it's a homage and not a direct remake - but I wish they didn't feel the need to exploit the original title if they want to make a similar film. On the upside at least this reminds me that I need to watch the film again.
