I am in tracer tongs base, he fixed my kill switch problem but now i can't leave. When going to the door I came in, it is locked, and there is no keypad or lock to pick. Is this just a game glitch or am i just stupid and im missing something. PLEASE HELP

Two options: First, load an earlier saved game, and make sure you leave the door to Tong's lab open. Second, enable cheats and ghost through the door.
To enable cheats: Use Notepad to open the DeusEx.ini file in the DeusEx/System folder, and set both T= and t= to
talk. Start the game, type in
T, backspace over the word "Say", then type in
set deusex.jcdentonmale bcheatsenabled true and press the Enter key. Type in
T again, backspace over "Say", and then type in
ghost and press the Enter key.
You'll be able to pass through the door. Use the
walk cheat to return to normal mode. Save your game and continue.

Or you could access the security console next to the computer and unlock/open the door.
