I tried the cheat to make DX more matrix-ier (typing thereisnospoon in the credits), but absolutely nothing actually changed in the game. Is there more to type after the part in the credits (and the message "May cheats be enabled" popping up)?

Well i saw matrix like when it first came out, then i saw it again a few nights ago. my first reaction was indeed thisis much like Deus Ex, but after watching it more i htoguht, not DEx, its Shades Children (great book by garth nix), thiough guns play a very minor part in Shade's Children

Nah, Xacharia's referring to a Matrix mode you can enable in Deus Ex, and yeah, I believe cheats need to be enable for that to work.

Yes, I'm talking about that, but the problem is I have followed the instructions to enter this mode and it doesn't work.

yeah activate cheats, go into credits, type thereisnospoon that may tricks mode enabled(something like that) and then when you return to the game it will be in matrix code.

You have to enter the cheat (Esc, Credits, "thereisnospoon") while you're in the level you want changed. Entering it at the startup screen will only change the startup screen.
