Not there!! I did a file search on it! Came up with a system file thats all.. I purached the game and didn't download/steal it.. (Yes I have the manual... and I've read it!!

NOT on your CD unless you have the GOTY edition. The tools were released after the game was. You can get the SDK <a href="http://www.deusex.com/sdk.htm" target="_new">here</a>.
