I think you can find a switch for the bay door. Also, if you have the special sword, kill the trickster with it. I can't find a switch on either end of the bay, and if
killing the Trickster is required to get out then I'm in trouble because I do not have
the special sword yet.

On the northern end of bay 4 is a control box that will open that door for 30 seconds.

alright!
after 2.5 hours of game time (plus a whole lot more for wandering around, getting lost/killed, and reloading) I finished!
still ~600g short on loot, and missing three secrets, though.
I think I finally got used to navigating this one, but only towards the end
one weird thing: at one point a zombie apprentice Mechanist showed up by the control box, and the bay doors opened for him whenever he wandered near :weird:
thank you for all your hard work, SK!

Oh. Oops. I guess that's a potential bug, yeah. I know exactly what happened.

Scarykitties, I'm having the same issue as Gloria with the bay door controls in the revised version. I'm putting in the correct codes but there is no sparking and the doors stay shut (both for 6877 and 2813).

Hi Marbrien, Did you:
Go to the generator room off the corridor near the Temple and Push the red button near the Mater Switch? And prior to that did you turn the water on?The:
Main Power must be engaged in the revised edition in order to open the Bay doors using the odometer. Once they are opened, they will stay open.

Over 6 hours in this mission and I have only gotten one goal checked off. I have to kive up and try agaoin later.

darthsLair, yes I have turned the water on, I've pushed the red button in the generator room, the lights came on, I went back to the bay control, put in 6877, still no sparks and the bay doors stayed shut.

Okay Marbrien, you:
Pushed the red button, but did you throw the big Arcing Switch next to it? Once the lights come on, you have to wait until the Arcing switch is frobbable. Once it is thrown, you will hear the Generators starting up.
