well, I have read a lot of threads and a charecter keeps reoccuring: fake garret
I havent seen him, or heard of him until now, does anybody know when/where I can find him? Is he important?

He can be found in Stonemarket (the one part with the pub). Best way would be to enter the pub and exit it through the first floor window onto the balcony of the neigboring house. As soon as you do, the conversation between this impostor and a client will start. It will be fairlxy apparent what you "should" do.
And you will encounter him again when going to where his "employer" sends him.
No, he isn't important, just a funny bit to enliven the city scape.
