That is the
exact same card I have, and I had the
exact same problem. Downloading the newest drivers for it fixed it for me. The relevant thread, and it's suggestions is here: (

My question is in regard to the two versions of the game. The Gold version has 3 extra levels, but dud they change the game engine at all between the versions? It may very well be that updated drivers fix the problem, but it still doesn't explain why it's perfectly fine in TDP and faulty in TG.
Also, my screen in TG darkens under water - it doesn't go black. So, it's an annoyance, sure, but it's not so bad as to be unplayable.
