difficulty differences

Is there a difference in available loot in the OMs when an easier difficulty? I am playing mission one on T2 and the loot total is the same as on expert but I can't find some of the loot mentioned in the walkthrough.

What walkthrough are you using? Most of them are for expert only, but have SOME notes on the other difficulty settings.
