That the Babies can blow trumpets. That's so... cute?
Haha! What? :D

In Life of the Party, in the ballroom there's a Baby with a trumpet a ?drum? and harp in front of it. I presume it was meant to play those instruments as an amusment for the "nobles that have spurned me" (altought how could it have played them, I have no clue).
...
Karras is really mental.

Do you mean a workbot?
They are called Builder's/Karras children sometimes, but I've never heard "Babies".
At first I thought that you where talking about real human babies... :laff:

Yes. The small ones are the Babies, the golden ones; and the big, green ones are the Mamas. :cheeky:

Things in the Thief plots I never quite accepted.
* Garrett and
Viktoria team up. Garrett cares about her. (T2)
* The Keepers are revealed, at long last, to be
a band of complete insufferable buffoons. (TDS)
* Gorman Truart turned out to be
such a weak, forgettable, throwaway plot-devicey villain. (T2)
* Garrett somehow finds his way into
the Maw of Chaos. (T)
* Modern human Pagans all
talk just like the "ancient phrases" and beast-men. (TDS)
* Inclusion of new creatures in T3 such as the Kurshoks. Where was the evidence of them in the previous games?
* Garrett's near celebrity status in T3 in comparison with the previous instalments where he seemed to be largely unknown in the Thief world.
* The marked difference in the level of technology from T1 to T2. e.g Submarines; cameras; robots etc.
* Gamall.
* The burning man in Thief Gold.

He wasn't largely unknown. Otherwise, why all the fuss with the Wardens and the Thieves' Guilds in DP?
In MA, he's explicitly known to the Watch, since Truart's after him, isn't he?
And in DS... The City Watch may still want to get him because of Truart's alleged murder; from the Pagan part, well, he entered the Maw more than twice
and came back. He was Viki's sort-of-friend.
He might have became an urban legend in the City's population, too. After all, we see a 'Wanted' poster right in DP's intro, and if somebody hasn't been caught for more than three years and
still commits awesome heists and, in case you haven't noticed, had saved the world two times...:cheeky:
By the way, what are the Sarnoth gems?

Read one or two pages back.
