I totally agree, only that he isn't reading in a serious voice, but in "funny" voices. I can't imagine eg Leslie Nielsen's voice to go up and down like that when he was making moronic jokes, as he did all the time. He remained completely serious and that was the funny thing about it.
Whereas this guy is pissing himself over his own ability to imitate dialects. And badly as I might add.

Frankly I wish you would write when you don't like something Stitch, because this is a discussion board, not a church.
You might have to deal with the occasional idiot labelling you as a member of some outgroup (fags, nazis, imbeciles) because you don't agree with him over some Youtube shit, but that shouldn't put you off too much. Says more about him anyway.
