Snapping to grid and optimizing often to check for errors is critical to success, as you are learning.
The disappearing objects problem I suspect is too many objects being in view to be rendered, so some just disappear. This was a lot worse in OldDark, but it can still happen in NewDark. When it happens are you somewhere that a LOT of objects are visible?
Yeah, it happens when I look over the city. More objects to be rendered than anywhere else?
Does this mean that I'll have to redue object numbers?

Yes and/ or restrict the fields of view so that you can't see so many at once.

Well, f***! That ruins my mission finale.
Also, after deleting a few brushes to get it to optimize i now get this error.
No given coordinates, dont know where to start.

http://www.imageupload.co.uk/images/2015/03/22/out3.pngThis seems more and more desparate on my end.
I'ts starting to feel like all my work will go to waste.

Relax, your mission isn't lost, you just have to keep working at it. First of all, what is your grid set to? Have you snapped to grid and tried to Optimize?

I'm using 11 at lowest for detail but regurarly i''ll use 13.
I've snapped. The problems occur when i rotate by 45°.
I've divided the mission into 3x3 areas and am optimizing 1 by 1 and now I'm at 4/9 working.
If all 9 get optimized does that mean everything will get optimized?
But when doing that i get a lot of Warning saying theres a cell cycle. Don't know yet what that means.

Don't think of it as "ruins", think of it as "changes" your finale. Despite New Dark, this is still DromEd and there are things you just can't do. And you have to work withing those limits. If you have never seen something done before in a fan mission, odds are it's not because it wasn't thought of and tried, it's because it isn't practical to do. New Dark has set some of those limits further away, but they are still there and you have to stay within them.
One thing you can't have is great unrestricted vistas. Another is having lots of objects visible at the same time.
You find out just what your viewing limits are by trying and seeing what works. If what you want does work, great! If not, you throw up something to cut off the view of the problematic area, and keep on trucking.
With objects, maybe you can combine some models in a 3D editor (such as Anim8or) into a single model, and reduce object count that way. For example, if you have a table, chair, and a vase on the table, that's three objects. But if you take their .3ds models and combine them into a single .3ds model of a table with a vase on it and a chair tucked in under the table, then that's just one object. And you have reduced the number of objects used by 2. The issue is generally of overflowing the allowed number of objects in view, not one of inability to render the objects
per se.
So by combining objects you can reduce the count in view. Also by restricting the view you can reduce the number of objects in view. Both can stop the problem of objects disappearing.

I've managed to optimize the mission with little damage to it. Which is great!
But...
When I optimize i get a ton of cell cycle warnings, and when i do so, this happens:
-some objects in dromed 3d are black until i move to a diferent position
-then some other stuff is black
is this normal?

No, that is not normal. To get rid of the cell cycle is to get rid of a cell that is dead for lighting. I have had some of these errors on occasion. You have an area composed of terrain brushes where the light map cannot be configured. This leaves dark patches, and usually the game will crash when the player enters it.
Go back to the area where these dark patches are located and re-position the brushes. Chances are you have an unsnapped brush somewhere that is causing this.

Oh dear, I've started the process once again since I didn't see I deleted the waterfall and now I'm solving cell cycles aswell.
What a b**** this work is!
I didn't know i have to optimize so i never optimized before.
I made Around 1000 saves without optimizing.
So now I'm at 4/9 Optimized without any warning. Can't wait for the next 5 :eww:
Do you think that mybe optimiziation could solve the disapearing problem?

In a word ... no. I'm afraid your going to have to do the hard work yourself.
