After I got the evidence to take back to Maggie Chow, she was nowhere to be found.I clubbed her maid early and cleaned out MJ12 guys in her place without setting off alarms. Is this normal?

Yeah, that is normal. I've never actually been able to catch up with her in her apartment in that portion of the game. It seems that as soon as you enter the secret MJ-12 facility at the back of her place she just disappears. Presumably she realises you've rumbled her. Maybe she has a secret exit somewhere...

She just sends you to the police station to get rid of you while she flees. I tend to chuck her out the window after hearing the MJ12 guards stomping around behind the walls.

I really can't stand her maid.

the first time I played I didnt go to the police station, I just stumbled on the MJ12 facility and the next time I saw her she was in the Versalife building talking to Bob Page in a hallway the only way you can get in is with the ghost cheat. SO what I did the next time I played was kill her and the maid and go in the MJ12 rooms, then when I moved to a new computer I started a new game and this time I went to the police station and found the evidence, then I went back to her apartment and killed her and her maid, destroyed all the furniture and everything that was not a part of the walls or something, and then went in the MJ12 rooms.
