Damn, what a gut-punch. When I heard she was gone, I just figured people meant that she left the community. This hits hard...
When I came back to Thief after a couple years, Seven Sisters was the first thing I turned on. She may have been the most brilliant level designer of all time, and a talented writer on top of that.

I was very upset when I first saw this thread. At the time, I was unable to log in to my account so I couldn't post my condolences, thus I decided to honor Lady Rowena's memory by playing her missions again. To me they are basically perfect and The Seven Sisters will always be my favorite fan mission series. I'll miss you, Lady Rowena. :(

Came back to this forum after a few months (years?) out-time and had to read this. I'm lacking the words to express the sadness I feel about her death.
Her FMs are the best I ever played with "Seven Sisters" my all time favorite.

Oh my God, I can't believe it. :( I didn't know she passed away. Still can't believe it. I was about to play Home Sweet Home, then stumbled over the (R.I.P.)...
I played The Seven Sisters a few weeks ago. It was for the first time. I loved her mission. It is a special piece of art and truly a masterpiece!
She was so talented! An outstanding woman! Rest In Peace Lady Rowena! I will never forget you and your masterpieces!

There are already several missions, for Thief/Thief 2 as well as The Dark Mod, which contain shrine-like areas to remember Lady Rowena. She obviously has gained a special place in the Thief community.

Today decided to come back to forums, installed Thief II, started to search the fan missions, then unfortunately saw the bad news about Lady Rowena.
She was my favourite author.
Rest in peace Lady Rowena. You will always be remembered with your masterpieces here.

Hello, it really hurts my heart to find out later, unfortunately I didn't get to know Lady, but according to your stories, it seems to have been a great person, not only in building such great missions with an addictive factor, but also a good person personally. I also wish I had gotten to know her too, to know that there aren't only people in this world who say, "if you're different, you're a person without talents", I have autism and don't get along very well with people made experience . my grief is heavy on my heart here too.
