Isn't 1.07 the version that is default in the Sold Out version (before you add the patch from the Patches folder on the CD) ? I'm pretty sure it is, but i'm too lazy to walk into the room where my CD's are, dig it out and check.
If so, you can pick ALL THREE Thief games up in one box for a seriously ridiculously low price, or find the T2 Sold out standalone on Ebay, which was even cheaper.

That is the original UNPATCHED version. I have a couple but I'll have to think about selling. I prefer the original to the patched. Different AI and a little more difficult to work through.

Both of those probably have version 1.18
How do you find what version it is? Does it say on the disk?

Go to the folder right click the EXE file and it shows the version. Click on PRODUCT VERSION in the Version window.

My Sold Out version of Thief 2 (standalone, not compilation pack version) is definitely 1.07 when you install it, you then have to patch it from the patches folder to 1.18.
I don't think the standalone version is sold by Mastertronic / Sold-Out any more though - so Ebay.

Well it seems I got lucky and was able to buy a sold out version from some guy on ebay.

If you are in Europe or the UK then the box is a version but it is on DVD. Not likely to be the original unless they burned the old one and have a patch on the disc. If you are US, the the 4-fold in the top right of the page is the way EIDOS US sold it.
