I´ve read some reviews about this game, it seems to have a good rating, can anyone tell me if this game has a similiar gameplay to the game the witcher, where you point an enemy with an arrow and the main character fights automaticaly against that enemy you have just pointed? is it worth playing this one?

Personally I hated it, but that's because it's probably the most Bioware of all Bioware's games. Everything is predictable, everything you've come to expect from a Bioware "Story" is present, and on top of that it looks like hammered shit. The levels are small and amateurishly put together, and the combat gets remarkably tedious thanks to the game's habit of pouring wave after wave of generic monsters on you.
The combat can most easily be compared to something like Neverwinter Nights 2. It's real-time with pause.
The world also has very little charm, feeling like a cheap D&D knock-off. They were going for some kinda grimdark feel, but Bioware just aren't capable of that.
I still don't know how it got such a good reception. Probably marketing and Bioware trading on the good name they established with their previous games.
If I were you, I'd spend my money elsewhere.

Thanks to both of your opinions, i think i will not buy this game, i don´t know what game to buy know, there´s also fable 3 with a cheap price and also red orchestra 2 with an acessible price, but i´m not sure they are worth buying it, i haven´t played rage yet, i´m still waiting till its price lowers a bit more, but probably it is the first deception of ID Software.

Dragon Age: Origins is a high quality RPG that's also high value for money. The Ultimate Edition bundle is the release to buy and it should easily provide you with over 100 hours of content.
I also wouldn't bother with video reviews by mainstream gaming press like Gametrailers/IGN/Gamespot as they likely would've based their opinions on the awful console versions, which were shit ports of the PC original release.
You should not buy Red Orchestra 2 unless it is discounted to a very, very cheap price. The developer rushed it to market and released it in an unfinished state. They have since significantly patched it, but you have to be aware that the game is DESIGNED FOR MULTIPLAYER. The Single Player component is just made up of botmatches, i.e. not much effort was put into it. Thus if you don't plan on playing a lot of MP then don't bother with it altogether.
You also shouldn't bother with Fable 3 unless it is very, very cheap. It's a heavily dumbed down action RPG from a mediocre quality game developer.

DA: Origins was a pretty good game despite following Bioware's set cookie cutter story of "Ancient evil awakens, get into the mysterious evil fighting organization, get party members, resolution". I enjoyed it despite it's obvious flaws.

I liked it. Just avoid Dragon Age II like the plague. It's the gaming equivalent of a Nigerian scam.

IMO Bioware does get a somewhat unfair rap from some, while the praise it gets from others is over the top. They tend to do generic, mainstream but very well crafted storytelling and they're good at worldbuilding. What's strange is how they have great art one moment and stuff that barely looks better than Neverwinter Nights 2 the next - Dragon Age has some moments of beauty and others that look really cheap.
To my mind they're the comfort food of RPGs. You know what you're going to get, right down to plot turns and twists. What they do they do very well, by and large, but don't expect inspired storytelling or interesting gameplay. Expect the equivalent of a good popcorn movie, but if you want something that goes a different route (and can do without party interaction that feels like you've played it several times before), play The Witcher.
