Does anybody know if there is a drain lid type of object available please.
What I would really like is a circular grating type of hinged lid that would be up in the ceiling and drop open at the flip of a switch...a lid made of iron bars would be nice so that water could be dripping through it.
Is there anything like that available...:D

Hi Duncan,
The only thing I could suggest is to take the manhole cover from Dedx, if there isn't one in T2, and find a grate texture you like, and see if that doesn't work out for you. Then just give credit for the object and the texture in your readme. Seems like Targa made one, or one can be found at the low poly guild/Thiefmissions.

Thank you both...sorry I haven't been back sooner..visit to the eye surgeon, glaucoma in left eye..bugger.
I tried the dedex lids, increased the opening rate and attached a clangynoise that operates when the lids are sprung...nice effect.
I will look at the other ones Lady Rowena and see if I can use those too.

Double bugger...official results to eyeball, hereditary glaucoma and retina damage due to light flash, commonly called "arc Eye"...welders suffer with it, mine probably due to gunfire as I was an army support gunner for years, it would also explain the "pitting" they found on the eye's surface.
Oh well blind in the left eye, deaf in the left ear, a good start to 2014.
