What are your dream games within reason?
My contribution:
With Konami's position in the AAA gaming industry in question, it would be cool to see them sell Castlevania to From Software (or another) for a Souls clone. I guess Bloodborne covers this territory but I have a soft spot for Metroidvania and would love to see them play like a Souls game rather than God of War...

Stilt Fella, spaceship edition. A sort of FTL meets surgeon simulator in space!
Too outlandish? Okay, okay. Legend of Grimrock 3 with dynamic puzzles, so the answers are different each time you play.

An open world, first person stealth game, with the scope of a game like Skyrim/Fallout/GTA. Preferably in a non-modern setting.

This seemed like the natural evolution of Thief after Deadly Shadows IMO. Would definitely play this. Always felt like the stealth was too lacking to be satisfying in the Elder Scrolls.

I want a varient of Darkmod stealth game with scifi settings, systems, & assets, for making maps from near future cyberpunk DeusEx to far future System Shock. I already have in my imagination the futuristic city for it ... a bit like Mirror's Edge.
I'd expand the Thief model to an open world economy game in a medieval city setting, where you're starting with small heists, buying property, warehouses, ships, security, and building your criminal empire as a robber baron in the city.
I wanted to see hardcore cold war grand strategy sim, which would have been exactly what Paradox's East vs West was going to do. I was super happy when it was announced. Then they canceled the project, and now I'm pessimistic it can ever get made!
I'm making a top-down French Revolution sim myself (well in theory), that's kind of rogue-like "pick your faction & explore a randomized 18th Century Paris when shit goes down" kind of game. So that's another one.
I write down ideas all the time though, and have a long list somewhere.

I'd like an updated Mobil 1 Rally Championship 2000 with the handling from Richard Burns Rally. Also, an American road racing sim - IMSA GTP/GTO, old school Trans Am, old school Champcars, laser-scanned versions of Watkins Glen/Road Atlanta/Road America/Laguna Seca/etc - using the Assetto Corsa engine.
I'd also like to see Zenimax greenlight the game Obsidian pitched to them based around sci-fi/time travel using the Skyrim engine.

Oh I've got a dozen ideas for games. And I intend to make every one of them.
But if we're gonna talk BIG IDEAS, the kind I really couldn't pull off myself? It's a crying shame that an open world dirtbike/motocross game as good as Motocross Madness 2 has not come out for these past FIFTEEN YEARS. GTA V would've been good enough, had they only kept the more realistic, weighty bike-physics of IV instead of the arcadey handling they went with. But what I'd really want is something sorta like that reality show with Ewan McGregor, where he and a friend drive their motorbikes around the world, but in videogame form. It'd have the bike-physics of MXGP, the world-physics of SpinTires, and the huge open world of FUEL. You'd need to plan out your route to get from one end to the other, and along the way you'd stumble on sidequests and random NPC enounters.
Ah, why can't some big, talented studio spend insane amounts of money making this incredibly niche game? WHYYYYYYY?

This game is already in development, it's called STAR CITIZEN.

Stilt Citizen? Star Fella?

Tron, licensed from Disney and made into a Deus Ex type of First Person rpg.
If the grid spreads across the internet you could have users and programs swapping places across the planet. Would open up a whole new level of espionage, international travel, human / program civil rights issues, and one hell of an interesting game.
Not sure who I'd dream of developing it. Probably wouldn't trust the obvious names like Irrational or Eidos Montreal. Maybe Creative Assembly? Inxile?
