Tron 2.0 was/is excellent!
It's the only lithtech engine game I have never played. I came up with the Deus Ex style thing after seeing Tron Legacy and thinking of how the world would change if you mixed the Grid with the Internet and a Program's ability to enter the real world.

An action-adventure/RPG set during the Pelopponesian War. Actually anything set in the ancient world would do, so long as it's not God of War :p

Simply put, a Rockstar open world game married with Bioware/Obsidian style story reactivity.
Grand Theft Auto RPG! Red Dead Redemption RPG!

I want one that's rough around the edges but ambitious, that aims high and misses instead of aiming low and hitting, that's structured around its own narratives with as much care and attention as a good team of writers can give, that's flawed but has heart.

That reads like an OKCupid note, doesn't it.

It'd be cool if someone made a highway cross-country racing game, LA to NYC, different vehicles. Cannonball Run the game. There'd probably need to the right mix of procedural generation & modeled content. I did a quick search on it and am just coming up with other people wishing the same thing. (There was an old C64 game that did it that I used to play.) Part of it would be planning your route, handling gas & breakdowns & the fuzz, etc.
I'm not that interested in a straight cross-country driving sim, but I would love to play it as an action/adventure game that mixed driving with some quests and combat with the cops, and included the ability to change and modify vehicles and make alliances or enemies with other drivers, and had some over-arching story.
BTW, that C64 game is The Great American Cross-Country Road Race. I just played it a few months ago with my friend's kids at New Years.

I'd also like a first person Mass Effect type game, with the scope of a game like Skyrim/Fallout/GTA.
I would take that too, only minus the romance.

It's my favorite Monolith game, even better than the NOLF and F.E.A.R. games. The story isn't that compelling, but the gameplay is great. It has RPG elements. And light cycles (although they get boring after a while). The graphics have aged pretty well due to the unique look. And it's on Steam now. You should consider playing it.

Almost forgot:
I want a cross between Deus Ex, Fallout 3, and GTA. A first person open world sci-fi RPG with a Blade Runner type setting and cyberpunk themes where you're an underground character fightin the man and takin down the system one shadowy power broker at a time.
I'd settle for a remake of the original System Shock.

This. I'd love a straight-laced sci-fi game in a bethsoft style.

That sounds great. Unfortunately it also sounds like the intersection of high budget and small audience. Hrm.

This is starting to sound like Car Wars (old 80s PC game), where you buy and fix up a car, then get hired to do cross country deliveries or other tasks in a dangerous postapoc world. GTA+Elite+Fallout/Rage, or Euro Truck sim with bandits, or Interstate 76 in an open world with open jobs. I'd play that too.

More like a cross between Need for Speed Underground/Most Wanted and GTA, but more linear than GTA and story driven. Basically an epic outlaw road trip.
Pyrian - Yeah, but I could compromise. The important thing is a non-linear, mission driven, first person game in a Blade Runner like sci-fi setting. If it's an RPG, all the better. If it has stealth and a Deus Ex like story, all the better.
