They've already said that they're going to make The Longest Journey Home; if they'd reached the $2M, it would've been their next project after Dreamfall Chapters, but it's most definitely not been dropped because they didn't reach that particular stretch goal. Seeing how long we've had to wait for Chapters, I don't think that's a big problem, honestly.
