I don't cry when hungover (or at all for unknown reason since 2008), but my hangovers have become so bad as to resemble miniature nervous breakdowns these last 5 or so years.
Water helps, but doesn't get rid.

I stopped drinking when I reinstalled Day of Defeat Source one black evening.
Quit the day after. What if I'd done something really bad, like reinstall Natural Selection?

Though this one time, I drank so much I hyperventilated and puked in the toilet all the while going 'whatthefuckdidyoudotome whatthefuckdidyoudotome whatthefuckdidyoudotome' at the person I was with over and over again. He tucked me in, apparently, while I was still casting aspersions on his character (I had my reasons), and I fell asleep. The morning after, we didn't cry, but the afternoon was really great. No more details will be forthcoming about that, you fucking pervo voyeurs.
So, uh, yeah -- this survey is not inclusive of my experience, and therefore sucks.

Nope, but I did cry one time when I was puking my guts up from one too many tequilas. My best friend's husband sat next to me the entire time making fun of me by mock-crying. I hated him so much that night, lol.

Hangovers and other morning-after realities. Won't go into details, but the last one really was too much too bear. So I quit. No more hangovers and no regrets. Nowadays it's more fun watching other people drink themselves stupid. You just have to time it right so you leave before the puking starts.
