Did this program, or some other method of associating files get updated for use with windows vista/7? I can't get Windromed to run on my W7 64-bit computer. Whenever I try to register the DLL it fails, and the windromed.exe doesn't seem to work properly either.:(

I never knew those programs existed. My guess from the dates of last revision, is that they do not work with 64 bit at the very least, and probably don't work with NewDark at all on any OS.

I was messing with it earlier today. I suspected it might not work based on the dates of revision, but was hoping for the best. Windromed actually ran on my computer, it just didn't work properly. I'd tell it where dromed was, but then when I'd double click on a .mis file on my hard drive, it'd open windromed but the paths would be reset and the icons grayed out. I was really happy about getting to use windromed but it just didn't work out.
I think the way it is supposed to work is that windows launches windromed and then lets you choose which dromed to open the .mis file with (great idea, instead of forcing a particular dromed like the old "loadmis" method did.)
