DromEd sometimes always in front. [Win 10] - by Daraan

This is something that bugs me really for a while.
Sometimes DromEd decides to become a 'In-Front-Of-Everything'-Window and you always have to move it away or minimize it to get to my active window.
Does anyone of you know why this happens and how to turn it off?

Do you have the Textures palette constantly opened?
