http://i.imgur.com/zxL8I64.pngThis is what my unselected brushes look like. Is there a way to change the color? I can't imagine this is right. I can't barley see to work with it. I though they were supposed to be a blue color?
ctrl+7 is on in the screen shot. I found that DromColour doesn't work with 1.21.
EDIT: For others that might run into this while doing a tutorial; I found out that they go grey when mixing with the room brushes sitting on top of the terrain brushes. This I realize now can be useful to show what you have yet to room brush before release.

It looks like your room brushes are exactly the same size as the terrain brushes. Make them a little larger any you should once again be able to see everything.
By default room brushes are 5% bigger than the selected brush (shift-insert runs the command brush_to_room 5) but NewDark gives us a useful addition:
Quote:
The
brush_to_room command can now be given a
negative number, to be interpreted as an absolute size instead of a percentage (e.g. brush_to_room -0.1 would create a room brush 0.1 units larger than the selected brush.)

Be sure you get used to using + and - keys to zoom in and out, and the Filters to hide terrain and objects, so it's easy to spot and select the roombrushes, for example.

So can you reassign the shift-insert to do the brush_to_room -0.1 instead? I would hate to select each terrain and type it in.
Thanks guys.

You can open default.bnd to change the room brush command.

I'll need to know if you're using "whack" as an adjective or a noun.

Do they speak with slang in ZylonBane? You're welcome.
