It's happened to me about four times, but the blood didn't follow me.
It happened once during Life of the Party. I had decided to play the murderous taffer and sniped one of the amateur thieves. The blood spiraled around and around, spreading slowly outward. Since I was outside, on a roof, with the black horizon visible, I decided to hang out and watch. It kept spiraling outward until it couldn't be seen beyond the limits of the black wall. The pixels never scaled down. I assume the process creating it continued unseen until I finished the level. Like the crypt doors in Trace the Courier flying up, up, and away, or the storage room door in Assassins!

I've had it happen a couple of times. I like to think that Garrett killed in such a frenzy that a spray of blood got in his eyes and that's why he's seeing spots!

Yeah! I've seen this "blood galaxy" thing too. Happened a couple times, not too far apart from each other timewise....weeeiirrd!

Have you guys gotten the bug where the little bit of fire arrow or elemental stays buzzing on the ground and will kill you instantly if you touch it?

You mean a firebolt, those tend to get stuck (nearly always if shot in water), but they deal normal damage (5) rather than insta-kill.

Haven't seen that one, yet. There have been two instances (again in Life of the Party) where there was a gently-sparking, all-yellow flame-like particle centered in the window where you exit out the back of the Stargazer's apartment. It didn't hurt me or hinder my exit, just made a nice visual.

Might have been a notched firearrow's particles, those can get stuck in mid-air if you save/load while having one notched in your bow.

Then I guess it's even weirder than I thought, as I hadn't been to that point yet, and the only arrows I readied were rope arrows.

I killed a Hammerite priest once as he was casting a spell, and the magic sparkles stayed stuck to his hand. Either that or they sat on the floor where he hand was when he fell, I can't remember.

That's strange, jtr7...Maybe there's a firearrow shooting archer about?
Tje, that's pretty common, it always happens if you knockout/slay an attacking hammerite priest.
