The Daleks will always have a special place in my heart, but I am unconvinced by this comparison.
In defense of it though, note that any time a Haunt says "Join us, Join us, Join us now!!!" They are quoting the first Evil Dead film. Baddies in that film said exactly the same thing.

Let's keep the Thief legacy away from Dr Who pleeeeeeeeeeze. When I think of Dr Who all I think of is awful, emabrassing acting and shoddy special FX. :tsktsk: Hmmmm maybe the Dr Who team made much of Thief Deadly Shadows?? A potential conspiracy theory here. :cheeky:

I remember watching episodes of Dr Who on public television here in the US many years ago. Although the special effects were shoddy, the level of storytelling was pretty high and I liked to watch. Baker will always be my favorite Dr.:thumb:
Perhaps the Children of Karras could fight Daleks in an FM-that would rule!:cheeky:
