Hi does anybody know where you can find the complete Dwemer Armour as i found the boots but can't seem to find any other of the set and from what i've seen it is the strongest armour and the coolest looking...so if anyone can help then please do...thanks

It may look cool, but in terms of Heavy armor, both Ebony and Daedric have higher defense values and higher enchantability values. Even Glass armor has a higher defense rating than Dwemer, IIRC.
I think there is almost a complete set in the Dwemer Museum in Tel Vos.
And if there isn't a complete set lying around, there is certainly an Altmer bodyguard patroling the museum. In my quest to have a complete set of every kind of armor for my display mannequins, I have been known to Taunt him into attacking, just so I could kill him for his armor.

Dwemer Ruins are the best place to turn up suits, although you'll get them a bit at a time. If you don't have the patience, then you can always mug the guard at Tel Vos, like Zaphod suggests. That said, I try to avoid killing NPCs who don't attack me first (taunting to attack doesn't count) in case they're needed in a future quest.

I don't think that guy is part of any quest. I have never (although I'm remedying this in my current go-round) played House Telvanni through to the end, so I could be wrong.
But I don't think I am.
That said (and maybe I make too much of this stuff) but I always feel guilty attacking totally tertiary characters who have done me no harm.

That being said, it is still ok i think if the NPC has something you desire and it isnt a direct affect to the game and you don't actually mind doing that run of quests that run round of the game... :)
