Warren Spector? That was the guy responsible for Deadly Shadows and Invisible War, right?

Nevermind the fact that Deadly Shadows is at least a better game than Thiefgen thinks it is. There's no excuse for Invisible War though.

Never heard of these. Epic Mickey, on the other hand....
I just started Zelda: Phantom Hourglass few days ago...first Zelda in many years. Instantly reminded me why it is -
probably - the best game series in the world, ever. HD incarnation would be most welcome.
Not sold on the whole WII U thing though...just give me a goddamn pad already :/
Also I start seeing a scenario where Wii comes out next year - with higher specs than this gen -then in 2013 PS4 & 720 strike. With presumably even higher specs than Wii. Cue everybody downgrading games to Wii level.
This creates a fucken rip in the fabric of spacetime - sucking in PC gaming with its useless superpowered GPUs, forever reduced to trail the consoles and also a massive black hole that swallows Earth.
Or something.

Kinda funny. The DS Zeldas are at least partially responsible for burning me out on the series a bit. They're fun, and they have some neat ideas going on, but they hold your hand almost to the point of ridiculousness. Like getting a new tool that'll allow you to access a bunch of new puzzles. That's cool. Showing me how to solve the puzzles right after getting said tool? Not cool in the least.
Now I know these games are kinda meant for kids. But comeon. My generation grew up with Nintendo games kicking our collective asses to the point of inspiring rage. Kids these days can handle just as much challenge as we did back then.

Any news of Thief4 yet?
van HellSing on 10/6/2011 at 20:06
Wasn't present officially, and I haven't seen anything unofficial either.

Thanks. Too bad, but I suppose it may still be too early.
Koki on 10/6/2011 at 20:31
Obviously. After all, it's only been two years. Hardly enough time to make a single playable level.

you're not funny and nobody loves you get out
