I'm entitled to a good game for $60, yes.
Not one full of cut corners and shit endings.
You're entitled to get what you pay for. If the product/service isn't what is described then you may have a case. More likely, a game will say something along the lines of "blistering speed thrills to the MAX" or w/e. That is the experience you should get from it. If it claims "this product is free of defects" then you'd be right to moan; in fact they cover this in the EULA etc.
If you're willing to keep shelling out money to a producer who makes crap, where is the motivation for them to improve? Your problem seems to be the result of people like you who are willing to just throw money at a company, complain about the product then throw more money at them for the next one.
It's kinda strange since with most markets this shouldn't happen. For example,
* Skoda produced shit cars, they had a reputation for making shit cars, people stopped buying Skoda.
*
* VW bought the Skoda brand, made cheaper versions of their own cars with the Skoda badge, people buy skoda.
It has taken a long time for the brand to recover since the original Skoda company seemed inept.
Longwinded perhaps, but anyway. If you continue to pay for shit, grumble about how it smells only to buy the next batch of shit again, really you're entitled to shit.

I have voted for EA, because I am not from USA and there is no other way how to tell them they are a bad company. I sent them e-mail and did not even get a respond. I also told my friends, which also are not from USA to vote for it. Now I feel bad about it :(

.
None of the shit CCCToad lists would ever change in response to an internet poll conducted by some random not-for-profit online consumer report body. Nominating "bank of america" will just get you a shrug and utterly unaltered business practices.
Nobody's suggesting that. The poll's results are just reflective of where America's priorities are. It can also be argued that it gives a glimpse into the "why?" of America's rapidly deteriorating position in the world.

Not bizarre at all. People keep buying shitty McDonald's food, and keep watching movies from studios with a reputation for crappy. A lot of people say the same thing about the Harley brand. It can happen in any market where the conditions exist to create an irrational brand loyalty. For games, most people's judgement of them resembles Beavis and Butthead discussing a music video. The sales will generally go to the best MARKETER, not the best product.

There's also the fact that the publisher of a game is completely irrelevant to the majority of game purchasers. The mass market is sold on advertising, game titles, screenshots, box blurb and reviews, for the partially savvy. Gamers savvy enough to make their purchasing decisions based on developer or publisher reputation are a tiny minority.

Wait, what?
/me looks at the date of previous post.
FFS, *facepalm*, i really thought i was reading about THIS years award till your post.
Anyway, another reminder that all polls are more often than not - just garbage. Hell, even surveys from serious organizations specializing in the field with people that understand statistics and do their best to ensure their results are meaningful - still fuck up every now and then. What is one to expect from some nonsense poll on the toilet wall with zero supervision from anyone that knows anything about how to ask useful questions and how to interpret the answers in regard to participant bias?
Amusing bollocks.
