Thanks. I'll change the Readme that comes with my pack then, 'cause it states that your .exe does this.

As for your Texture Pack install, none of the new textures have been enabled because you got that error. So to fix that you can open ibt_patcher.exe manually, choose ALL TEXTURES in the drop-down menu, and click the + button.
