"What's Yours Is Mine"...as a title?...:laff:
Yeah, because that's reflective of the underlying circumstance and meaning of the story...
just stealin' stuff...:tsktsk:
NuThief: WYIM
Oh Builder, please tell us this is some twisted joke.

Just thinking about it..."What's Yours Is Mine", either could mean:
1) NuGarrett's story is about his wife or business partner.
...or
2) NuGarrett is a communist, so he's against property rights.
...or
3) NuGarrett is simply a mentally unstable, low IQ burglar, with only base level desires dominating the purpose of his existence...and he's psychotic enough to think everything in the world is his even before he has possession of it.

I'm sure glad you're not the writer. :cheeky:
That's fun to read, thanks. Seems they agreed to share the tagline.... perfect.

Well geez, Vae, after thinking real hard about this ... I think I may have a few alternative explanations ...
1) Yep, that's pretty much the core gameplay, on several levels (loot, territory, knowledge, whatever).
2) Garrett is the same old amoral thief he has always been, and would quite like to steal everyone's stuff, if only that pesky real world would stop forcing him to save it all the damn time.
3) Garrett's world is (as it always has been) populated by immoral characters who will lie, steal, or bully their way to take whatever they want from those under them. Specifically ...
4) ... the main antagonist this time around will be a tightfisted baron, who's main goal may well be simply to take whatever he can from the people of the city.
I'm not actually a huge fan of the subtitle (it doesn't exactly roll of the tongue), but you can't say it isn't thematically appropriate on several levels.
