Try amazon.com...not sure if they have thief gold though...
I bought my copy of thief gold off of bittorrent. That way no cd is necessary, just purchase the activation code for 20 dollars.
Fast and reliable.

I got mine off eBay for about 15 USD, although there doesn't seem to be any on there at the moment.

How badly damaged are the CD's? You could pay a few dollars to have the scratches fixed. You can even do it yourself with toothpaste if they're not too bad...but if you're talking about a whole whack of scratches, taking them somewhere to be fixed up would be your best bet. Although, I remember seeing the do it yourself kits in stores before.
