Boys and girls -
Just wanted to make an invite to the TTLG community in general to play with ol'ducky some classic console games that have online support or use the Kalliera client for online gaming.
I tested and played with Renzatic the other night and we had a blast (a wee bit of lag, but nothing critical), though we got our bums raped in NES Contra, but it was all sorts of awesome. So, spank me up Steam chat and I'm game (unless I'm playing Borderlands with my crew or some such).
w00t!

I'd be down for some Contra or a beat 'em up, fairly late at night though (PST). What do I need?

With MrDuck? A towel, bottle of whisky and suppositories.

Well, for starters a pretty decent Internet connection (hurr) ;)
Also,a Kaillera-compatible emulator (In this case we're using (
http://jabosoft.com/index.php?categoryid=1) Jnes)
The (
http://kaillera.com/) Kaillera client (Download, unzip and copy files inside Jnes' main folder :) ).
A little patience.
