Is there a way to have more than one effect when making an enchantment

Only possible on weapons.

then found items are better than enchanted? so does that mean I can't make my ultimate 100% reflect magic/damage armor. :(
oh which is better on a weapon, btw. desintagrate armor or desintagrate weapon? was thinking of doing one of the 2, plus something else.

Seeing as you can't enchant with Reflect Spell or Reflect Damage without using a mod found/quest items will always be superior in this regard.
Disintegrate Armor is useless against monsters and some NPCs (those without armor). Disintegrate Weapon is only useful against opponents who use weapons as their main damage source. And both effects need more than a few applications before an item breaks, going pure damage (+Soul Trap) will win your battles faster.

Why not do both on the same weapon? Make 'em fight naked with their fists.

Disintegrate Armor only affects one piece at a time and for higher end gear you need 700 or more magnitude per armor piece to destroy them. Some pieces need more than 2000 armor damage before they crumble.
The only semi-useful application of DisA/DisW is the Akavari Sunderblade.
