I have bought "No one lives forever 2" for pc at amazon.de unfortently i didn´t pay attention to this product details, so when i start playing this game it was all in German language and i had no Eglish language avaliable in the options, does anyone know if there´s a way to place English language to the game i have? or do i have to buy another "No one lives forever 2"?

Since you own a legal retail copy, I say just grab an ISO or whatever from an abandonware site.

mm, I think you're screwed. There'd be a lot of voice acting. I doubt they'd fit more than one localisation on a CD (or two) back then.

You can always turn this into another opportunity to familiarize yourself with another language.

Look on the bright side - if you pirate the English version, maybe someone will sue you and we'll finally know who the hell owns the rights to the series.
