everytime i do full mission process or build dlg i get this problem in red words:
ERROR: remove_poly_edge: edge not in poly list
ERROR: Portalization failed, no WR was generated (try to locate and tweak problematic location or brush)
how can i find the error?

1. Is this the whole mission or just a Me-Only'd area brush?
2. Check for unsnapped brushes. That's often the cause of this. Then try to optimize, and set WR Quality to Optimized on the build dialog.
3. Look carefully in the areas you've been building since the last successful build for complex terrain or unsnapped brushes.

Its a specific area i built this afternoon, if i delete this area the problem is solved , i do always snapping process , i have alot of perfect circle shapes though, you think this might be the problem?
I had to delete some of the details in this area, it was the only way i could fix this.

Seam to be complex architecture... Maybe many cylinder with 20 sides or more ?

For buildings I find that 8 sided cylinders, aligned by sides, often look just as good as smooth cylinders.

As you discovered, yes. I often use 16 and 24 sided cylinders for arches, and occasionally for columns, but in small numbers. Too many will cause too much complexity for even NewDark to handle.
