I only saw the first half of the Germany game.

Good God we Don't stand a chance against either of these teams.

It'd be nice to see England do well, but I don't think we'll get out the Group stage. I'm rooting for Netherlands or Russia to do well. Although it will probably be Spain, Portugal or Germany that wins it.

I dunno - while Ukraine have the home advantage and Sweden are pretty good, so it wouldn't suprise me for England to fail to get out the group, there's still plenty of opportunity to scrape through in second, get hyped up by the media, then get absolutely spanked by someone decent in the quarters.

Just waiting to see how many advert breaks ITV can get in between the programme start and kick-off. Don't expect England to win this but perhaps they won't lose.

Ukraine - Sweden was the most entertaining game of the tournament so far in my book, and Ukraine was really positive surprise.

Shevchenko alone provided more entertainment for us than both France and England earlier today. Well done Ukraine!

And another yes from me. I was suffering from boredom before last night's game - well worth watching. Sort of keeping an eye on Greece v Czech Republic but hoping that Poland v Russia will be good. Maybe now they've all got their first matches out of the way it will pick up a bit.
