Extract Sounds & Music from TDP CD

What program do I need to do this? I had one years ago but its been literally 5 years since I looked into it.

I'd like to extract the music and the audio samples from the cd.

I'd like to remix some of it for use on my podcasts ..

Extract .wav-files from sound crf (crf's are .zip files). Just open them with winzip. Or also (http://www.thief-thecircle.com/download.asp?fid=621) ThiefMediaEdit will allow you to peruse .crf's without unzipping.
