Just curious - what DID you expect?
FMV footage of Over-the-top Dragonball Z-esque battles.

I'm disappointed. I severely misread the thread title and was hoping for TTLG-themed futanari, but this turned out to be just regular run-of-the-mill faggotry. So not fabulous. :(

Hermaphrodites are considered "fabulous"? I'm glad that I missed that memo.

4, 6, and Tactics were the only ones I really loved, growing up. FF9 didn't really do anything for me. To me, it's possibly the most forgettable game in the whole series. I've pretty much stopped paying attention to Squaresoft at this point.
I know I was in the minority, but when FF7 was released, aside from the production values, it was a huge let-down for me, because I was such a huge fan of 6, and I felt 7 just wasn't as good.
Also check out Super Mario RPG and Chrono Trigger, if you haven't already. I rather enjoyed the first Kingdom Hearts game, too, but you do have to be a fan of Disney.

By having the tone of the game exists in between those two extremes. Take the clothes, for example. The Disney characters have been redesigned to be a bit more Nomura-esque (zippers!), while Sora, the main character, has clothes that basically look like Mickey's: White gloves, giant yellow shoes, red overalls/shorts.
It probably shouldn't work, but they pulled it off pretty well.

Agreed, it's kind of hard to explain, but it does work. A lot of it has to do with the fact that those particular characters don't belong in a Disney movie, and in fact, both of the PS2 games center around that idea.
Sora travels between worlds when he shouldn't. Everything's hunky-dory in Hercules land up until Sora starts opening doors between other worlds, like Mulan land. In due cause, this brings him unwanted attention, like those guys. Why does he do this? Because King Mickey goes missing and everyone wants to bring him back. Other than that I can't really say, fans like myself are still waiting to see what KH3 brings.

That's easy...they don't. KH was utter shit.

Note to Square: If the character you intended to be the main protagonist is dumber than the one you shoehorned into FF12 to appeal to teenage girls, then something is very wrong.

You just don't understand friendship.
Also that love thing.
