It's hard to judge the differences in resolution since both the PS3 and 360 screenies on that site are in 1280x720. And the rest? Not a vast amount of difference. Much like all 360/PS3 ports, the PS3 version looks like it has better contrast and...that's about it.
Oh, and a missing tree. Can't forget that missing tree. It's proof of the POWAH OF THE CELL!
Edit: (
http://blog.ningin.com/wp-content/uploads/ningin/blog/2010/02/ff13_360_res.jpg) ..and what's the deal with this screenshot here? It says it's 1024x576, right? So why is the picture itself 1280x720? Also, according to one poster on that blog, "Square LEFT the mouse pointer in their Photoshop edited original screen caps, and were caught, previously". How the fuck does that happen? The only time Photoshop ever captures a mouse pointer is if you're using a specific brush shape.
I dunno. This whole thing smacks of LET US COMPARE THE MINUTE DIFFERENCES OF A SHITTON OF SCREENSHOTS SO WE CAN SAY WHICH CONSOLE IS BATTER OLOL OLOL!

Slightly less resolution I can cope with. After all, I'm not 8 years old and comparing Spectrums, Commodores, Amstrads and BBC-Bs in the playground whilst devouring a packet of fizzy Chewits and enquiring whether you watched, "Spastics say no" last night.
Did I get this right though, Nobuo Uematsu was not involved with XIII other than the main title theme? That's just not right.

To quote some awesome truth I read elsehwere on the internet: PS3 vs. Xbox360. Windows vs. Mac vs. Linux. Whatever. It's all just the Ford vs. Chevy debate for propeller-heads.

So help me, I just went and ordered this. I don't know what came over me. I guess my inner graphics whore's lust for blazing computer-generated pyrotechnics runs deeper than any amount of good taste can compensate for.
Might as well prepare to go the whole hog once it arrives

So apart from the creamy CGI goodness (and it is good, and creamy) I'm not that enthralled with FF XIII's story yet. Chapter 4, six or so hours in. It's... interesting, in the way it has me mostly going 'who the fuck are these questionably written people I'm playing as, and why the fuck are Square still stropping the hoary old "evil empire does evil things to the masses" chestnut', but the momentum's building up slowly.
However, it features what is possibly the most addictive battle system I've experienced in an FF game. The tutorials are the most lucid, coherent, and - holy fuck - helpful introduction to a jRPG's combat I've ever seen. And the Paradigm Shift system actually makes for some pretty involved (and they remain involved even though you're spamming the auto-battle button more often than not) and fun battles.
The pacing's ever-so off, because you're just marching along a straight line from battle to cut scene to battle, but in a reversal of pretty much every other FF experience I've had, I'm actually looking forward to the battles more than the next bit of exposition/exquisitely pretty cut scene.
I'm telling you, folks, these are strange times we live in.
