It's a nice landscape overview but it's hard for a game to impress me to the point that I literally drop my jaw. Well maybe I was spoiled by those official gameplay videos which I couldn't resist to watch.
Actually I hoped the whole Vault leaving episode will be a bit better... what I expected was ... *static* ... and ... *more static* [RADIO SIGNAL LOST]
EDIT : Ah, it seems the EM pulse wave has passed. Well I installed some minimods fixing some inconvenient features :
-Increased walking speed
-3P camera is now centered on character
-Higher falling damage
-Slightly reduced weapon/armor degradation
-Prettier menus (trading, repair...)
Most importantly, now it also SOUNDS like true Fallout sequel, because of the original F1-2 ambient music! And it's gorgeously nostalgic to launch F3 and listen to Ink Spots' MAYBE. :thumb:

any stupid bullshit to dismiss something or to explain why such and such thing is bad and it's just so god
damn annoying because there seems to be a certain pervasive kind of elitism here where it's "cool" to hate something that is perfectly fine and to assume that people who like that game (or, horror of horrors, dislike some other game that authoritarian neckbeards can't help but grope themselves over) are some kind of degenerate troglodite and it just makes me want to start urinating in peoples' eyes and setting fire to their moms afldjsa;lfksdjafljalkfdj;saflljk GOD TTLG LOOK WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO ME

9th level, many places visited.
I like it more and more, it's a very nice game. I guess the best RPG I've played since Gothic1/2, I rarely play RPGs though. I like the graphics (it's very beautiful and appropriate), architecture, world, quests (just excellent), characters (quite charismatic and distinguished), music (I don't know guys, it sounds very appropriate and cool to me, don't find any fantasy motifs)
The only things I don't like still are the UI and favorite Bethesda's feature - overabundance of items and containers everywhere - I'm tired to ransack but can't force myself to stop it.

Meh, 'I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire' works for me. I can always listen to 'Maybe' on Galaxy Radio.
Also, may I say CONGRATULATIONS to Bethesda for (a) having more than one type of Irish accent in the game and (b) having the American who's doing the second one I've come across actually make a friggin' effort and not go all 'begorrah' on us.
