playwme you are in steam tunnel 2, the controls for the watcher are located there, i'd have to look at the mission, but i think each key is unique, and i can't remember a key being needed for a sewer anywhere, maybe you are talking about the access hatch to steam tunnel 2.

I found the dungeon controls in the basement but where exactly do you get access to it? thanks....
the door is in that room, have you found the note about how the machine works? this will help show the combo you need for the number pad.
I have the scroll which
mentions shorting out the dungeon control power with water which I did I think by shooting water arrows on the two power units. It says the code will be reset to its original setting.
But where is that?
Also, is there a secret door in the
back room of the missing persons office?
It sure looks like one is there.
This is really great FM and I am enjoying it a lot!

@bobber,
its a very subtle effect, the lights on the top of the unit change when it shorts out, they go from random (requiring a code) to a pattern (the default) if you watch the lights there is a pattern that repeats, there is a long pause in the pattern when it starts over, remember the order the lights go on in. the on the other side of the room is a number pad, each button turns on a light, press the numbered buttons to activate the colored lights in the same order as the machine and a door will open.
in missing person
there is a door there to narcotics, the switch is hidden very close by, maybe the builder built lord gervasius' manor if that helps
@Dinksmallwood, thanks, it was a long time to finish this one, glad you enjoyed it.

This looks like a great mission (wonderful textures! great athmosphere! really nice story line, too :-D) and I started playing it just fine.
I found the secret tunnel from the eletrics to the boiler room. Then I made my way up. Some time later I also found the storage room
But my lockpicks won't work -- is it because Basso is so bad at lockpicking or is it a bug? Some doors open only halfway through -- I can almost lockpick them open but not quite. The reason I'm asking is that for some reason the guards can see me through some doors (although that may be intentional). Also, there's a guard I can't blackjack patrolling the top floor (or was it the second floor?), it goes right through him -- actually I can walk right through him -- but unfortunately his sword works just fine on me :cheeky: All I need is a reassurance that there's nothing wrong with my lockpicks, it's just Basso is so bad (and maybe where I can find the master key or something :p but I can look that up in the threads...)
Ottoj55 on 24/9/2004 at 14:24
the bad guard is a known bug that is being fixed in the next version, the lockpicks are not broken, basso is a lock master, you have to find a
third lock pick that garrett left for you
Roz on 24/9/2004 at 17:47
Otto: Thanks!
A third lockpick?
Oh dear, although it sounds fun ...

otto, ok so I've made the
Thion Hudor
but what do I mix it with? I've tried all the stuff I found but cannot make
the antidote.
I know it must be something obvious I'm missing..
BTW, very elegant touch with the dungeon locks. Absolutely masterfull. Thanks.
