Just played through again & did the same stupid mistake I did last time got Garret out of the building before finishing all the objectives, I mean surely that should count as a rescue
I think the problem is I got all the prisoners out as well, well the ones I could get to & I forgot which way I needed to take him

I recalled why I never finished this FM. Turning off the gas. Why do I recall that? Because I stuck at the very same place.
