Fan Missions & FM Sel

Is there a how-to page on here anywhere for installing FMs into FM Selector? I've recently downloaded a load more FMs (including some more of Lady Rowena's that I hadn't seen before) to play but can't for the life of me remember how to install them.

Close Thief

Edit cam_mod.ini

Find the line that says "; always start the FM Selector (if one is present)" and remove the ";" from the next line so it reads

Code:

; always start the FM Selector (if one is present)
fm

Save it & start thief, you should now get the fm selector

And be sure to avoid any problems with permissions by doing your install somewhere simple, preferably in their own directories.

Game:
d:\thief2

FMs:
d:\t2fms

That avoids those nasty "Program Files..." problems that still seem to come up from time to time. Just be sure to tell FMSel where everything is in the config menu.

Also, in your /docs folder in the Thief directory, there's a file called fmsel.pdf with directions.
