OK, I have now added some object numbers to my long post above, in the cases where I have managed to dig them up, and here is one more mission:
25. Sisterhood of Azura 1, Estheridge
200 gold missing, tied to three objects. At the weaponsmith, there is an unfrobbable gold hammer (obj nr 652) worth 75 gold on display. In the same shop, there should be a purse (obj nr 1161) worth 100 gold a bit W of the statuette on the office desk. Maybe it was supposed to be in the small locker where the weaponsmith's diary is, or on the workbench in the next room? Finally, there is a gold coinstack (obj nr 131) located a bit N and E of the weaponsmith's shop. I can't figure out where the heck that should be. From the FMs thread, it looks like someone figured out that this coinstack has the same problem as the missing goblet in Calendra's Cistern.

26. Pirate's Ahoy, mission 4. In the end treasure cave area. There's 100 loot missing. Object number 463 is stuck in the ground.

Curse of the Ancients75 unobtainable gold. North of Salvador's house is a museum with several items on display, including 'Hammer of the Builder'. It looks like this item (obj.nr 132) is responsible for the missing 75 gold. It can't be picked up.

Fiend, TheAmbient sound ???? (obj 977) value 100
Gauntlet, TheGemstone (obj 615) value 100.....impossible to get to as is a trap room that teleports you all the way back to the beginning of the mission....so yes its in the mission but impossible to frob
Hush...Hush, Sweet Harlot100 unobtainable gold. There is a sword guard (obj.nr 1413) at The Seamy Interlude pub that is supposed to be carrying a purse (obj.nr 1412), but he doesn't. Now, if 'autosearch bodies' had worked in Thief 1, then maybe we could have picked it up after knocking out the guard...

No you cant it's is what i believe is called a 'blue room' where loads of loot/weapons are but is in-accessible from the map, and its floating it the air way above from what you could reach anyway

Thank you. Even if mission loot can't be fixed, it would be good to carry on the list - just to avoid a load of bald people going around the place having pulled their hair out trying to find unobtainable loot.

Not being a Dromed expert, it maybe an idea if an experienced mapper could confirm any of my 'missing loot' posts, but i really can't find the above mentioned gold plate, but have not yet checked with a non Newdark install but can't see why that should make any difference
